Description:

A classic blend to harmonize the Liver and Spleen. Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency are probably the two most common problems people come to the office with. The Liver is an organ sensitive to emotions.

If there is too much emotion, the Liver acts like a pappy. Their energy becomes excessive and starts to leak out. The accumulation causes it to heat up. And then there are several scenarios of the Liver releasing that energy. One of the basic functions of the Liver is to ensure the free flow of everything in the oranism, i.e. Qi, blood and fluids. If this function is blocked by emotion, the Qi in the body begins to stagnate. One perceives this initially as feelings of tension. Later on, blood and mucus may also start to stagnate, which is already manifested as new formations - cysts, fibroids, tumors, etc.

Excessive Liver energy also weakens the Spleen Qi. In other words, it weakens our digestion. It weakens the Spleen's ability to convert food into Qi and blood, which is the fuel of our body.
