Use of the recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:
-nourishes the blood of the Liver
-supplements Yin Kidney
-replenishes the essence of Jing Ledvin
Description:
According to Chinese medicine, the quality of hair is affected by the strength of the Liver and Kidney. Liver blood deficiency and essence or Yin Kidney can cause hair to fall out or turn grey prematurely. The blend contains herbs that nourish the Kidneys and Liver. The imperial herb in Nu Huang Bian Zi Tang's recipe is the root of the many-flowered yarrow (He Shou Wu). Burdock root promotes the strength and quality of the hair and prevents premature greying of the hair. In addition, it alleviates the symptoms of aging, deterioration of eyesight and hearing, pain in the hips and knees from lack of Ledvin, promotes fertility, moistens the intestines (dry constipation), and is good for anemia and osteoporosis. The other herbs, in cooperation with rdesna, also nourish the Liver and Kidneys.
If the cause of hair loss is a deficiency of the blood of the Liver, I recommend focusing on replenishing it by changing the diet - see Dietetics by images.
