The use of the recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:
-replenishes Spleen Qi
-removes moisture from the body
-harmonizes digestion
Description:
According to Chinese medicine, the most common cause of overweight or obesity is a weakening of the Spleen and the subsequent accumulation of dampness in the body. The Spleen is the organ, or should we say system, that is responsible for converting food into Qi and blood. Qi and blood are such fuel for our body. If this transformation ability of the Spleen is weakened, then in addition to producing little Qi and blood, it will start to produce excessive pathological dampness. This dampness can manifest itself as gynecological discharge, swelling, or discharge of thin mucus from the nose, for example. One of the manifestations is overweight. According to Chinese medicine, what we call "fat pads" are merely accumulations of moisture and mucus.
The herbs in the blend strengthen the Spleen's ability to transform food, aid the digestive process and remove excess moisture from the body.
