Use of the recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:

-Strengthens Kidneys

-strengthens bones and tendons

-moves blockages of blood and "mucus"

-relieves pain and swelling

Description:

A formula that is designed to support healthy bone metabolism, especially in the case of bone growths and spurs, which can cause us considerable pain, as well as, for example, in the case of osteoporosis, which can also be painful. According to Chinese medicine, the kidneys are responsible for bone quality, their Yang for strength and their Yin for nutrition. If they are weakened, the bones both "thin out" and form blockages in the places that are most stressed (heels, joints, spine, etc.). At first transient, which only manifest themselves in momentary pain, later they "materialize" into bone growths, which are already taken as a form of "mucus" and blockage of blood. The pains are unpleasant, stabbing, preventing us from normal movement.

It is for these conditions that the mixture is ideal: it strengthens the Kidneys, warms their Yang and through this it is able to strengthen the bones and tendons. Because it also contains herbs that move the blockages, it acts on the bone growths and stops the pain. It can also expel wind and dampness, so it helps even when pain reacts to weather changes.
