Description:

Dietary supplement with Acerola for vitamin C replenishment.

Malpighia glabra (smooth acerola) or also Barbados cherry is a shrub that grows in tropical parts of the world and its fruit resembles our cherry. Acerola is one of the richest sources of vitamin C, with up to 50 times more than oranges and lemons.

In addition to vitamin C, it contains many other substances, especially B vitamins and minerals, including iron. It is also a source of anthocyanins, which protect the brain and nerves from damage. Bioflavonoids, including rutin, strengthen blood vessel walls and prolong the effect of vitamin C.

High in vitamin C, acerola appropriately complements the use of vital mushrooms, reduces oxidative stress and promotes collagen formation. It improves wound healing, teeth and bone strength, eyesight and immunity. It helps maintain healthy skin and reduces the formation of wrinkles. The chlorogenic acid contained in Acerola helps regulate glucose levels in diabetes and prevent chronic inflammatory diseases caused by free radical damage to cells.

Increased intake of vitamin C is important in the season of respiratory diseases and during convalescence. It improves the utilization of iron and thus promotes hematopoiesis.
