Recipe use according to traditional Chinese medicine:

Description:

Curcumin is a product designed to support circulation in connection with painful blockages that respond to exertion and weather changes.

Long turmeric, from which curcumin extract is made, is mainly used in traditional Chinese medicine for its ability to break up blockages in the blood and thus remove damp heat from the body. This takes the form of inflammation in the case of long-term blockages. The astringent nature of turmeric expels the harmfulness from the muscles and joints, improves the flow of Qi and blood and thus helps to stop pain. Traditionally it was used to treat rheumatic shoulder pain, or as the old adage goes, "There is no treatment for the shoulder without turmeric". It has also been used for lower back pain and painful menstruation.

Curcumin alone is very poorly absorbed by the human body, so small amounts of pepper extract (piperine) and onion extract (quercetin) were added to increase absorption by up to 2 000 %. All of these substances are also powerful antioxidants and help to reduce free radicals. These are produced naturally in the body, but increase with exertion or illness. They are directly responsible for organ and tissue damage and the development of autoimmune and degenerative diseases. Because of its pronounced anti-cancer effects, curcumin is a sought-after aid in the treatment of cancer.
