Are you saying to yourself that MycoMedica mushrooms couldn't be better quality and more effective? They can.
Thanks to our innovative method of combined extraction, we can extract even more active ingredients from vital mushrooms, while maintaining their optimal ratio. This allows us to dramatically increase the proportion of beta-glucans in the resulting extract. And all this in new organic quality.
Chaga (clinker polypore, Inonotus obliquus) contains a balanced complex of beta glucans, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It also contains all the essential amino acids that humans need.
Our new MycoMedica PRO mushroom extracts contain even more beta-glucans - the most effective substances supporting our body's defences.
Thanks to the unique combined extraction that MycoMedica has developed, we can release even more betaglucans from mushrooms. At the same time, the optimal ratio of the other active ingredients is maintained, making our extracts as close as possible to the original mushroom as nature created it.
And all this in certified organic quality, without any additives. You are taking only pure, high quality and effective mushroom.

Chaga (clinker polypore, Inonotus obliquus) is a wood-boring fungus that grows for several years and parasitizes mainly deciduous trees, most commonly birch.
This fungus is widespread in the northern hemisphere and is well known in Russia, where it is part of traditional Russian medicine, as well as in traditional Chinese medicine.
Chaga has a long history of use, dating back to 4000 years ago. It was used by the Mesopotamians, Egyptians and Chinese. In Russia and Siberia, chaga was not only a medicine, but also part of shamanic rituals.
Chaga was also known to the indigenous people of Japan, who brewed a tea from it to treat indigestion and stomach aches.
In the 20th century , significant advances were made in its study, its composition was revealed and its effects began to be scientifically investigated.
Chaga is rich in bioactive substances, vitamins and minerals. It also contains melanin and the triterpene compounds betulin and betulinic acid. In terms of traditional Chinese medicine, it nourishes the Liver (Gan), Heart (Xin) and Spleen (Pi) systems. It promotes defensive Qi and removes poison (Du) from the body.
Chaga is a true treasure of nature, combining ancient traditions with modern science. Its unique properties and rich composition make it indispensable in traditional medicine and contemporary mycotherapy.

Just like you, we want to be absolutely sure that our sponges are 100% effective and safe. That's why we subject them to the most stringent tests on the market. Not only for harmful substances, but also for effective ones such as polysaccharides, beta-glucans, terpenes, etc.
Mushrooms like to take in all sorts of substances from the environment in which they grow. In order to ensure that nothing unwanted gets into ours, we actually test them all the time: from harvesting to production to the finished product. You could say we are obsessed with testing.
We test MycoMedica mushrooms in laboratories in the USA, Ireland, Germany, as well as at the University of Science and Technology in Prague. We don't do random tests, but honestly test all mushroom raw material at all stages of the process. Top-notch facilities look for more than 350 harmful substances in mushrooms for us. For example:
The tests we carry out are far more demanding than those required by legislation. We can attach a report to each individual capsule and tell you exactly where it came from.
Our mushrooms have been achieving excellent results in tests for 15 years.
PRO range - we also test the active ingredients
Do you think it is enough to test mushrooms for harmful substances? Not enough. You also need to test whether they have enough active ingredients to actually work. In addition to testing for harmful substances, MycoMedica also tests its mushrooms for beneficial substances.
Our new PRO line is carefully tested and standardized not only for polysaccharides but also for beta-1,3/1,6-D-glucan content to ensure its high quality and efficacy. Betaglucans are part of polysaccharides and are the most important active substances in mushrooms, responsible for their effect on our immune system. Each product goes through a thorough analysis process where we use state-of-the-art methods to accurately measure the betaglucan content. Betaglucans are the most effective substances that directly regulate our immune system. We are the only company in Europe that does testing on this scale. Testing for beta-glucans is complex and costly. As a prestigious manufacturer, MycoMedica naturally does such tests.
What else do we regularly test for besides betaglucans and polysaccharides?
