Use of recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:

Description:

Bear Syrup is aimed at calming and harmonizing the psyche. It promotes healthy sleep, relieves inner tension and irritability and overall calms.

It is based on the recipe of Suan Zao Ren Tang, which nourishes the blood and Yin Liver and promotes healthy sleep. According to TCM, it is used for conditions of Liver blood deficiency associated with fever from deficiency. We have added herbs that significantly purify heat and release fire. The latter is the cause of restlessness and poor sleep with frequent waking and sweating. The heat is removed by urination to prevent further fluid loss through perspiration.

Another pathology of the emptiness of the blood of the Liver is internal wind, causing spasms and convulsions - including febrile or gnashing of teeth in sleep. We remembered this too and added a sprig of yarrow to settle the Liver and calm the wind. Because heat also hurts the Yin Kidney in children, we supported the blend with Rehmannia, Reishi, and more Peony, which retains Yin and reduces sweating.

Unlike the recipes to promote sleep in adults, we have omitted heavy products that hurt the Yin. The blend has a more pronounced calming effect without weakening the Spleen.
