Categories: gynecology, psyche, nerves, insomnia, Heart and blood vessels, Liver system, Heart system.

Application of the recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:

-calms the spirit Shen, stabilizes emotions

-adjusts Qi mechanism

-withdraws Yang, nourishes Yin

-relieves fear

Description:

This blend is primarily designed to treat emotional disturbances caused by instability of the Shen spirit, which resides in the heart and is responsible for our personality, thoughts, emotions and how we relate to the world around us. It is dependent on adequate nourishment - especially blood, which is its main fuel. It's like us - when we are fed, satisfied, or vice versa - when we are hungry and "don't know how to..." . What's more, getting enough nutrition also allows us to get a good night's sleep. When there is not enough, the soul is restless during the night, we cannot fall asleep, sleep is only light or we wake up, often early in the morning, still in the dark, and then we cannot fall asleep. Then, during the day, whatever "throws us off", we are easily distracted by fears and worries. We get nervous, anxious. We often have palpitations, especially in the evening, at rest, after going to bed, and sometimes we even find it harder to breathe. We are tired, sometimes lethargic, depressed.
For women, this condition is sometimes associated with menopause or pre-menstruation - and then An Shen Ding Zhi Wan is a great choice.

It contains herbs that nourish the Heart and Liver, calm the spirit, adjust the Qi mechanism by anchoring the rising Yang, but also "open" the clear openings, i.e. help us to perceive the world around us and the situations we get into with a "clear head".
