The use of the recipe according to traditional Chinese medicine:
-clears heat and drains fire from the bladder
-disperses dampness, promotes urination
-relieves pain and painful urination
Description:
The name of the blend already describes its function - 8 herbs to "remedy", namely, damp heat in the lower radiant area, especially the bladder. This can arise from various causes. From the famous physician Sun Si-Miao comes the saying - when the Kidneys are deficient, the Bladder gives birth to heat. So the first cause is the deficiency of the Kidneys, very often just their Yang - when the inflammation of the Bladder arises, for example, after a cold, from a lack of defensive energy. Another possible cause is a weakened function of the Spleen, when in the middle radiant (from improper food, for example), moisture is produced - this then falls, due to its heavy nature, down. There it stagnates and turns into a humid heat. Of course, the emotions generating the heat can also help. The condition manifests itself primarily in pain and burning when urinating, frequent and/or difficult urination with small amounts of dark, cloudy or bloody urine. In modern medicine, this may account for kidney inflammation, glomerulonephritis or prostatitis in addition to cystitis.
Thus, it is the 1st choice acute compound for the treatment of bladder infections and is also effective in the early stage of Kidney or Prostatitis. The herbs in it enter directly into the pathway of the Kidneys and Bladder. It has a strong cleansing effect on both hot, damp heat and fire from bacterial toxins. This includes herbs such as honeysuckle, gardenia, rhubarb, and talc. The proper movement of water is aided by plantain and sieve. Urination is relaxed and pain is soothed.
