How did we support Fandi MÁMÁM?

As part of the karmic gift we give every year, we wanted to help single mothers for whom everything has become a lot more difficult in the covid era. We are happy that they were able to get much needed laptops for distance learning for their children.

Thank you to MycoMedica for their financial support of the Fandi for Moms project. The project has been running since 2016 and provides material support for single mothers and their children. It provides them with the specific material assistance they request (diapers, non-perishable food, drugstore, household appliances, etc.) and professional advice, for example, in the recovery of alimony or legal matters. The project works on the principle of transparent donation - it connects the single mother directly with the donor - the help is targeted, specific and transparent. Especially during the coronavirus pandemic, it became clear how much this group of women is threatened by poverty, and suddenly even single mothers who had been managing their situation until then needed help. We used the financial support to ensure the running of the project itself and to purchase laptops, which will help single mothers, and especially their children, a lot in a situation where distance learning takes place.
