Based loosely on You Gui Wan blend with emphasis on replenishing Kidney Qi and Lungs.

The basic indication is fatigue, shortness of breath, cold sensations, frequent urination or weakness in the hips and knees. The condition corresponds to the image of emptiness of Qi Ledvin and Lungs and emptiness of Yin and Yang Ledvin. The most common group are athletes and overworkers, with insufficient recovery. It is also useful in fertility disorders and reduced sexual desire. The mixture does not contain draining herbs. The condition must correspond to a long-standing deficiency of the Kidneys and Liver without manifestations of internal wind or an excessively rising Yang Liver.

It also acts as an adaptogen and promotes performance in athletes.
