Rosolovka

Latin: Tremella fuciformis

Czech: Fuciformis fuciformis

Chinese: Bai Mu Er

Japanese: Hakumokui

TheRoselle vital mushroom is a very old mushroom whose medicinal effects have been known for over 2,000 years. It was called "silver mushroom" or "snow mushroom" and was not much used as a food because it was rare and also expensive. The genus Tremella includes more than 40 species. Many of them were used in traditional medicines in Vietnam, China, Russia, Japan and Korea.

It is widespread in temperate zones, subtropics and tropics around the world. It grows in swampy places on dead branches and stumps of mainly oaks, beeches and birches. It also occurs in our country. It is a parasitic yeast and grows as a slime-like film until it encounters its preferred hosts, various species of fungi. These it then attacks and triggers the aggressive mycelial growth (mycelium) needed to produce the fruiting bodies. The Judas ear-like (Auricularii) fruiting bodies are gelatinous, watery white up to 7.5 cm in size and respond to humidity. The consistency is gelatinous when wet, cartilaginous when wet and horn-like when dry.

The mushroom is popular in the kitchen and is often included in children's snacks and even ice creams. It supports the digestive system, which has traditionally been used for childhood ailments and for strengthening after illness. It is a popular ingredient in cosmetics for its skin-softening properties.

Tremella was first described in the West in 1856 by the English mycologist Miles Joseph Berkeley.

Characteristics according to traditional Chinese medicine

Nature: balanced

Taste: sweet

Tropism: Lung, Spleen, Stomach

Main effects according to Traditional Chinese Medicine:

When do we use the vital Rosemary mushroom to maintain or improve health?

1) Strengthening digestion and blood

2) Nourishes Yin Lung and moistens dryness

3) Stops vomiting

Notes:

In the human body, the Spleen and Kidney organs are responsible for raising Qi. The Lungs and Stomach are responsible for lowering Qi. When either organ is weakened, it will cause an imbalance in the mechanism of Qi rising and falling. Excessive fall causes diarrhea or bleeding, excessive rise causes coughing and vomiting.

4) Stops bleeding

Remark:

Keeping the blood in the blood vessels is the responsibility of the Spleen. This is done through tiny muscles along the blood vessels. The Spleen controls the muscles and when its Qi is strong, blood flows in the blood vessels and does not spill out.

5) Stops diarrhea

Remark:

Spleen generates Qi from food and sends it upwards. In the chest, Qi from the air is mixed into it to form blood. Impure Qi falls, assisted by the Lungs and Stomach. When the Spleen and Lungs are weakened, the Qi transport mechanism is disturbed, excessive descent and diarrhea occur.

6) Strengthens the immune system

7) Support in cancer treatment

8) Strengthens brain function

Notes:

Sundew strengthens Qi, blood and body fluids. It prevents "drying out" of the brain and bone marrow in old age. It is also used for babies after premature birth, especially if some of the "patera delays" appear. This is delayed: standing, walking, tooth growth, speech development and late fontanelle closure.

9) Diabetes

10) Anti aging effect

Notes:

Sundew can bind up to 500 times more water in itself than it weighs. This is due to its hyaluronic acid (AHA) content, which is also found in Auricularia. AHA production in humans decreases with age. In addition to the skin, AHA ensures that other mucous membranes, including organs, maintain proper moisture.
