Recipe use according to Traditional Chinese Medicine:

Description:

Turtle Syrup is aimed at boosting vital energy and replenishing blood in children and adults. It supports immunity and is suitable during recovery from illness or increased physical and mental stress.

It is based on a blend of Ba Zhen Tang, originally designed to strengthen the body during Qi and blood depletion. The original combination of four herbs to support Qi and four herbs to strengthen the blood have been supplemented with the Si Ge Mo Gu San blend. This combination of vital mushrooms Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake and Agaricus strengthens all four layers of defense, including nutrition and blood. We also added valerian, which supports immunity, is an excellent antioxidant and adaptogen.

It is designed for people who are often tired, pale and cold. The fatigue is both physical and mental, the person has no desire to talk, is unusually quiet and uninterested in usual activities. This goes hand in hand with frequent sickness, impaired memory, reluctance to learn and excessive daytime sleepiness and insomnia at night.

Turtle syrup replenishes energy and blood and improves digestion and Qi utilization from food. It also strengthens the defensive Qi and tones the Kidneys. It is safe to say that this is a "preventive syrup for old age".
